INTERNATIONAL ORDER TERMS
DUTY & TAX
International duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer at delivery. Sounds Sweet does not compute duty and tax charges on International Orders. Each International Order will be followed by an email from Sounds Sweet with confirmation of the above as well as the international waybill number and the Sounds Sweet order number.
PAYMENT
Sounds Sweet accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express through secure (SSL) payment by using our Shopping Cart and International Checks and Money Orders by mail through a printable order form also by using our Shopping Cart. All amounts are US Dollars.
SHIPPING
Tuesday is our international shipping day. International orders received before 5:00 PM Saturday will be shipped the next Tuesday. Inernational orders received after 5:00 PM Saturday will be shipped the following Tuesday.
All International orders shipped to actual addresses only. Sorry, no Post Office boxes.
Order to the Netherlands can not be accepted at this time while we apply for a Netherlands export license.
USPS PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL
All International orders shipped via INSURED USPS Priority Mail International. Tracking information will be emailed to you before shipment. Shipment arrival takes 6-10 days from shipment. Some locales may take longer depending on routing from country's main import Post Office.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Any Sounds Sweet product may be returned for a refund for any reason within 30 days of receipt. Refunds are for purchase price excluding shipping and handling charges. Return postage, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Duties or taxes (if any) charged to Sounds Sweet upon receiving return will be deducted from refund amount. Refunds are credited to original credit card or by check if the original order was by a check or money order.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES
The Sounds Sweet Shopping Cart will allow you to choose shipping and handling to many countries. If your country is not listed please email Sounds Sweet Sales at sales@soundssweet.com to add your country. Shipping and handling charges will be totaled automatically and displayed by the shopping cart as you complete your order. All amounts are US Dollars.
